The New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science’s (NMMNHS) upcoming public engagement event this Friday, ‘What’s Old Will be New,’ will be available to attend virtually HERE.
What: What’s Old Will Be New. This free public engagement event will feature a presentation about the museum’s upcoming renovation and associated closure, slated to begin Monday, August 4.
Hear from leadership about the museum’s plans to streamline the entrance and box office, expand its NatureWorks Discovery Center gift shop, and upgrade its infrastructure to accommodate future growth. Additionally, city leaders and the heads from nearby museums will speak about upcoming projects that will enhance the neighborhood in the coming months.

Who: Hear from NMMNHS Executive Director Dr. Anthony Fiorillo about details on the museum’s upcoming renovation.
